2 Days in South Beach:Ultimate Itinerary. Whether you are heading to South Beach for Spring Break, work or me time, a good Itinerary contributes to a successful trip. I hope that this two day Itinerary gives you a few ideas of what to do to make your trip a memorable one. Don’t forget to save and budget.
DAY 1 in South Beach
9:00 A.M- Everglades National Park
The Everglade National Park is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. There are three entrances to the park, and entry is free. However, if you are interested in taking the boat tour, there is a small fee

11:00 A.M- Little Havana
Little Havana a vibrant Cuban Neighborhood. The neighborhood gives you the feeling that you’re actually in Havana, Cuba. There are many activities that range from visiting Cuban cigar shops, trying seasoned Cuban food if you haven’t tried it yet, and exploring Little Havana’s Art and Culture scene.

1:00 P.M- South Beach
Finding Parking on South Beach can be a little difficult, so if you’re able to take a shuttle to the beach or an uber than it’s best you do that. My friend and I drove to the beach and parked a few blocks away, when we came back the car was gone… towed. It’s best to pay for that $20- $30 uber ride than $257 to retrieve your car from the impound. There are also a bunch of water activities to do on the beach.
4:00 P.M- Wynwood Walls
Wynwood Walls is a few blocks consisting of street murals drawn by artists from all over the world. It’s a great place to view beautiful art by talented people, and if you’re hungry there are a couple of restaurants available to you. Great for Instagram worthy shots.

5:00 P.M- Visit Little Haiti
Wynwood Walls is not too far away from Little Haiti and is worth the visit. There is a good amount of Art in Little Haiti, and do visit Haitian Heritage Museum. The people and the vibe in little Haiti are great.

6:00 P.M- Bayside Marketplace
Bayside in Miami is a marketplace that wraps along the banks of the bay wall. The location is a tourist destination with many things to do. If you’re interested in boat tours and cruises, you won’t have to look any further, because you will find it here. And if you are a lover of scenic views, Bayside marketplace offers that as well. This is one place you should certainly visit. You might be here for three hours depending on the activities you decide to partake in.

9:00 P.M- Bodega Taqueria y Tequila
A great place to eat tacos and socialize, Bodega is open until 5 A.M in the morning, so you can come at any time after a long day. There is great music and dancing here, a little bit of everything for everyone if you are looking for a fun night out.

DAY 2 in South Beach
9:30 A.M- Vizcaya Museum and Gardens
Visiting the Vizcaya Museum and Gardens is a must see when in Miami. You won’t want to leave once you arrive. The museum is a respite from the Miami vibe. Parking is free, however, you must pay for entry. You could visit with friends or alone.

11:00 P.M- Museum of Contemporary Arts
Just $5 entry, the Museum of Contemporary Arts is a great place to visit for anyone, art lovers or not. Prepare to spend at least two hours in here.

1 :00 P.M- Venetian Pool in Coral Gables
The Venetian Pool is a beautiful pool located in a Coral Gables neighborhood. Unfortunately, when I got to the sight it was closed for renovations. Just imagine my frustration, so be sure to check the times when you do go. The pool is relaxing and cool, the waterfalls and caves will blow you away.

4:00 P.M- Jungle Island
If you’re interested in interacting with animals, then I would say that the Jungle Island is a place for you. This place is for everybody, children, and adults. Be prepared to spend between 2-3 hours here, go earlier in the day and call before you go to check the hours.

6:00 P.M -Lincoln Road Mall
Lincoln Road Mall is an ideal spot for taking a stroll, people watching, eating and shopping. It is beautiful. You can walk the entire mall which can lead you to South Beach. If you do end up going, take an uber or the bus because parking can be difficult and cars are hour on the hour.

8:00 P.M- Prime Italian
Prime Italian is a high-end restaurant with a great steak. You might even spot a few celebs at this hot spot. If Prime Italian is not in your budget then try out the Sugar Factory on South Beach.

The Alternative to the Prime Italian is the Sugar Factory.
8:00 P.M- Sugar Factory
There aren’t too many great reviews on Yelp when it comes to the Sugar Factory.The food isn’t well seasoned, the place is overpriced but the customer service is good. If you aren’t hungry and just want a drink and people watch on South Beach then you should make a stop at the Sugar Factory.
